Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026. Written in plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

What We Ask For, and Why

To quote a job we need four things: a name, a way to reach you, the address the work is at, and a description of the problem. That is the whole list. The quote form asks for an email as well so a written quote has somewhere to go. We do not ask for date of birth, identification or payment details through this website, and nobody from this company will ever ask for a card number by text.

Where you tell us about the property itself — the age of the house, the type of fireplace, photographs of equipment — that sits with the job record so the next technician does not have to ask you the same questions again. You can ask us to delete it at any time by calling (310) 555-0123.

What the Website Collects on Its Own

This site runs Google Analytics, which records the standard technical information a visit generates: the pages you looked at, roughly where in the world the request came from, the type of device and browser, and how you arrived. It is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with your quote request.

There is no advertising tracker, no session recording and no chat widget on this site, so nothing is watching your cursor or replaying your visit. If you would rather Analytics did not run at all, a browser-level opt-out or a content blocker will stop it, and nothing on the site breaks as a result.

Who Else Touches the Information

Three parties, each handling a specific piece under its own policy: the form service that delivers a submitted quote request to our inbox, Google for the analytics described above, and our telephone provider for call records. Where we visit your property, the job record and the photographs stay with us.

We do not sell contact details, we do not trade them with other contractors, and we do not pass them to a lead-generation network. If a job genuinely needs another licensed trade — an electrician for a panel, for example — we will tell you who and why, and it is your decision whether to share your details with them.

Calls, Texts and How to Stop Them

The consent box on the quote form covers exactly what it says: that we may contact you about the request you made, by phone, text or email. It is not a subscription to anything. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop; ask on a call and the calls stop. Neither affects work already booked.

Calls to and from the business may be recorded for quality and for dispute resolution, and where that applies you are told at the start of the call.

Your Rights, and How to Use Them

California residents can ask what personal information a business holds about them, ask for it to be deleted, and ask that it not be sold or shared — and the answer to that last one here is that we do not sell or share it in the first place. To make any of those requests, call (310) 555-0123 or ask the technician on site; there is no form to fill in and no fee.

Children are not the audience for this website and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, call (310) 555-0123 and it will be deleted.
